I was in for over 20 months. I finally figured out that they are crooks. My FDRS involvement led to a loss of over 18,000 dollars, loss of credit standing, loss of sleep and "peace of mind" and loss of every penny in my checking account along with loss of wages due to garnishment. Phone calls to them were fruitless. Lately the employees are sounding very knowledgeable and caring but they still do nothing to help you Same here. I was in for over 20 months.
