Basically these people are defrauding Banks, they really know how to tie the court system up, plus I think your right on the AG I think the 50mil was a payoff in a way to leave them alone. Good letter though, but if they fight hard to prevent giving back the money people spent, how much harder will they fight to prevent 10X that amount. Also on Chase, I have not heard of them doing 10% Infact what I hear they are WORSE than B of A etc that they dont settle below 50%.
