I have recently hired an attorney as all victims of creditors & FDRS should do when sued. My advice to anyone who is looking for an attorney would be to find someone who seems like they care about you & is willing to charge a flat fee & work with you on a payment plan. I was victimized by FDRS & have demanded they refund my money. If they do not, I will sue them for all damages sustained, including attorney's fees, potential judgment amounts, credit repair fees, etc. I have filed complaints with BBB, California & Texas AGs, IC3. I will file with others after finishing this comment. If more people would fight back & forget that they were duped during a moment of stupidity we could force these bastards to be shut down!
