I’ll be sending the link to this blog to all of them and hopefully most will have the brains to stop making payments to FDRS.
This is also an opportunity to do MORE than to stop paying. This is an opportunity for the victims to join forces and instead of paying FDRS, use the money to pay an ATTORNEY to pursue FDRS on behalf of ALL defrauded victims.
So many FDRS clients are being sued and the FDRS “self help center” is totally worthless as the court rules are DIFFERENT in every state.
These sample filings will most likely get you nothing but a MUCH HIGHER judgment against you because the creditors will most likely be able to add their attorneys fees for the required responses to the judgment.
Because many of the FDRS proposed filings are FRIVOLOUS, the creditors may be awarded SANCTIONS as recenty in an Arizona court.
If the victims set up a fund, they could also allocate money to have attorneys write the motions to join FDRS to the creditor lawsuits for EACH state or they could request that the lawsuits be put on hold, they could answer or in the case of debt buyer suits, file motions to dismiss.
If everybody puts just one monthly payment in a trust account administered by a REPUTABLE attorney, many thousands of dollars are available for private investigators, research to trace the FDRS assets and of course court filings.
This is a wonderful opportunity to not only get cash, but to also do all the work for the lazy and corrupt regulators and specifically the California AG who continues to condone the FDRS fraud.
Mark Cella, Dan Lyle and the other criminals who cooked up this fraud need to go to prison.
I just tried calling FDRS and it’s DISCONNECTED. I had stars in my eyes, I was desperate for a solution and they came along the right time. 18 months and close to $9000 later I’m much worse off now than when I foolishly signed up to have them help me. I want that money back since they didn’t deliver what was promised.
I still can not believe that I was that dum to sign up for this,what or how can I get my money back 7200.00 my wife will not talk to me for the worst mistake that I have made in our 20 plus years together. The thing that really both’s me is that when big bankers make mistake we the tax payers bail them out who is here to help me.

I’m getting ready to submit my complaints to regulators and obviously it is more likely that they’ll investigate if there are MANY reports.
My husban and I signed up with FDRS 3/2009 after constant advertising from World Net Daily on the internet.
18 months later per contract we paid them $20,000 over $300/mo. 2 1/2 years later when we thought everything was situated, just a 3 weeks ago we started getting letters from a lawyer as if we were in the beginning stages of the process. The last time we talked to FDRS and The Fulfillment Center 1/2010- – - both stated everything was good etc. amd th one debt we had was going excellently and we were all in order compared to a lot of others. We constantly talked by phone to FDRS and The Fulfillment Center for 20 months and constantly I mean weekly – - – - very very often. Now we can’t find them, if we could we could connect and the Fulfillment center stated by e-mail this week they do not have our file any long and they did January 2010!!
Can we connect with FDRS and talk with them and how do we do this. Are they still doing business? We have a file 4 inches thick of communication for 20 months.

Since 1/08 I published that FDRS is a scam, but there’s nothing I can do to keep people from committing financial suicide.

EDWARDS and KAREN who were Mark’s right hand people are now working together hiding under SHAUN MELVILLE who knew about the case and also has a contract with Casablanca Express at the wilshire office.
