Once we have 100 damage reports, we’ll prepare a comprehensive complaint on behalf of those FDRS clients and submit it to the California Attorney General and possibly to other regulators such as the FTC.
I have received at least 100 emails and comments at this blog from people who complained about FDRS, so it shouldn’t be long until we can submit the complaint.
i was scammed by FDRS for 2500.00, they had me believing they would help me with my creditors.i didnt realize they were scamming me until an article about them caught my attention.there was another person i had talked with there, her name is cynthia alexander.i dont know if she iis still associated with them.i am so disgusted with them,now i dont truist anyone on the internet.my wages are also being garnished and i feel really stupid.i hope you catch them all and spend a long time in prison.thanks-karen rieger.

I can only try to get the Cal AG to pursue the people who ran FDRS if we have MANY people who posted their damages.
A reader just wrote today that the Cal AG responded to her complaint that they have no contact information for FDRS. VERY lame excuse — they didn’t drop of the planet and readers already provided information about their next business.
Spent 23000.00 to FDRS to eliminate 75000.00 debt.
No support for court or 1099G tax forms. No contact available now. Am disabled trying to pay my debts, that have built up from med and other costs.
The money I used was a trust fund,now I have nothing and my husband is unemployed after 32+ years on the same job. They shut down and sent the rest out of the country. Would if I was not born in the USA, seems you get more if you are not born here.

And I sure can’t imagine why on earth anyone would pay massive debts like yours INSTEAD of filing for bankruptcy unless they’re wealthy.
THEY GOT FOR 3,674.42 AND NOW I HAVE TO PAY BACK FEE ON ALL MY CREDIT CARDS THAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF .I TALK TO DIFFERENT PEOPLE THERE AT FDRS. WHEN I HAD A PROBLEM. I EVEN HAVE A NAME THAT HELP ME SIT THIS PROGRAM UP AND HER NAME IS GINA ADAMS. SO WHAT IS GOING TO BE DONE NOW .I DON’T HAVE A POT TO PEE IN.
