Once we have 100 damage reports, we’ll prepare a comprehensive complaint on behalf of those FDRS clients and submit it to the California Attorney General and possibly to other regulators such as the FTC.
I have received at least 100 emails and comments at this blog from people who complained about FDRS, so it shouldn’t be long until we can submit the complaint.
i was scammed by FDRS for 2500.00, they had me believing they would help me with my creditors.i didnt realize they were scamming me until an article about them caught my attention.there was another person i had talked with there, her name is cynthia alexander.i dont know if she iis still associated with them.i am so disgusted with them,now i dont truist anyone on the internet.my wages are also being garnished and i feel really stupid.i hope you catch them all and spend a long time in prison.thanks-karen rieger.

I can only try to get the Cal AG to pursue the people who ran FDRS if we have MANY people who posted their damages.
A reader just wrote today that the Cal AG responded to her complaint that they have no contact information for FDRS. VERY lame excuse — they didn’t drop of the planet and readers already provided information about their next business.
Spent 23000.00 to FDRS to eliminate 75000.00 debt.
No support for court or 1099G tax forms. No contact available now. Am disabled trying to pay my debts, that have built up from med and other costs.
The money I used was a trust fund,now I have nothing and my husband is unemployed after 32+ years on the same job. They shut down and sent the rest out of the country. Would if I was not born in the USA, seems you get more if you are not born here.

And I sure can’t imagine why on earth anyone would pay massive debts like yours INSTEAD of filing for bankruptcy unless they’re wealthy.

I SENT MY DAMAGE TO THE AG IN CALIFORNIA TODAY AND ALSO TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE I WANT MY MONEY BACK….I CANNOT PAY THESE CREDIT CARDS. THAT IS WHY I HIRED THEM….I PAID THEM $11,918.78.
I gave FDRS $16,000!! And i have nothing to show for it other than stress and destruction of my family relationships. What can I do to get my money back?

I can’t quite figure out how people can have $16,000 to blow, yet they can’t read.
I have received a collection notice and I can not get ahold of anybody through phone or fax. I sarted talking to a dan lyle and he went some where else and then it was harder to get through to any one there.
I CAN’T COMPLAIN ENOUGH ABOUT WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO ME IN THIS SITUATION. FDRS HAS HAS PUT ME IN A SITUATION AS MOST OF YOU ALL HAVE. I STARTED PAYING A UP FRONT FEE OF CLOSE TO 500.00 & 200.+ for over 2 years. It was supposed to take care of 2 credit cards & a Bank situation that I had. When it came to the end they still kept taking the 200.00 from my account until I stopped it, witch was too late. From what I could see then, there was some person in hiding that was responsible for this.I also have a self-help place as an icon on my computer witch is helpless up to now also. The place that FSRS was was in a California address as was most of you were working from. I can’t see how they can be in hiding as we can go after them, who ever they are. We are sick of all this and we don’t have to take it any more!
In what moderation do you have to do to pick up the pieces & start all over again!
