About this site

I heard the FDRS radio commercials, checked the website and decided to look into it.

I was excited about Federal Debt Relief System and completed their application at their site, not only because their (false) promises sounded great, but also because I could have earned a LOT of $$$ by becoming an affiliate.  With several thousand daily visitors to my credit sites, MANY would have signed up if I had recommended FDRS and I would have made a killing.

Unfortunately, and as usually, if it looks too good to be true, it IS too good to be true.

I have well over 100 hours into dealing with and researching FDRS.  Please read my the posts at CreditSuit for details - start at the bottom of the LAST page to read from the beginning and note the many comments by FDRS screwees, clients as well as employees.

I ordered and paid for the Los Angeles dba filings and then found out that Mark Cella is the FDRS owner, although he apparently listed an incorrect address for service.  According to former employees, he rents a house in Hollywood for $8,000/month.

Much of my research and info on how to sue Mark Cella is at Eliminating FDRS (Federal Debt Relief System).

There are legal filings, domain registrations, etc.

Many of the FDRS claims about the monetary system are accurate.

The bankers DO create the money out of nothing and I had a reader submit the court filings he used to successfully defend against a major bank that sued him for unsecured debt a few years ago.  There is no RULING, because the bank just dropped the case.

The most recent court ruling I could find was Judge Mahoney’s 1969 order in First National Bank of Montgomery v. Jerome Daly  and he was outraged.  His order, the reader’s court filings and filings from Chase and Capital One suits against Hess Kennedy (similar concept to FDRS) are at Disputing debt because the banks CREATED the money.

Unfortunately, FDRS forces many clients into BANKRUPTCY.

Numerous readers contacted me with their almost identical sob stories:

  • PERFECT credit.
  • Stopped paying creditors on advice of FDRS and the promise of FDRS attorneys representing them.
  • Creditors and collectors started harassing them.
  • Credit destroyed.
  • FDRS did nothing, most screwees never even got a response to emails and phone calls weren’t answered.
  • Creditor(s) sued.
  • FDRS failed to provide attorney.
  • FDRS screwee was forced to file for bankruptcy.
  • FDRS got thousands of dollars for doing NOTHING but sending one dispute letter to each creditor and REFUSED to provide the letter so that the screwees could at least use it in court to defend themselves.

FDRS is a 200% fraud.  I personally notified them of my posts as stated with my CreditSuit postings and I even talked to them on the phone.   They wouldn’t provide me with a single court case or attorney reference, but Dan Lyle THREATENED me with a defamation lawsuit.  Bad move …

FDRS is expanding and readers posted the link to the Craig’s list ad offering up to $25,000 per MONTH.

That’s the main reason for this NEW blog exclusively about FDRS.  My posts at CreditSuit are not found by Google unless you include the word “scam.”  I’m hoping that I’ll get better results by having a blog with FDRS in the root URL.

Hopefully many prospective FDRS screwees will do their research and find this site BEFORE they sign up.

FDRS cleverly requires 2 huge payments in the first two months and by the time most people realize that they got scammed, they already lost big bucks.

Another reason for this new site is the refusal of the Cal. AG office to investigate complaints.

I can’t blame Mark Cella for trying to make as much money as he can, but I really resent the government CONDONING this fraud by refusing to even investigate.

My next project is to write an Open Letter to Cal. AG Jerry Brown and to demand an investigation.  Unfortunately, much of my work ultimately results in the documentation of government corruption.

I can’t change how things suck — I can only document it.

It’s up to YOU to force changes, it’s up to the “victims” to take action.

  • Sue for your money back.
  • Name FDRS and Mark Cella if a creditor sues you.
  • File YOUR complaints with the BBB, Cal AG and YOUR state’s AG.
  • Notify sites and other media advertising FDRS of their fraud, they may be held liable.

I can’t sue FDRS because I never signed up.

My message to Mark Cella:

I tried hard to ensure that everything I published about you and FDRS is true.  However, if you feel that there are any inaccuracies whatsoever, please contact me with the URL or by fax/email and a quote of the incorrect statement and I will either publish a notice of correction or you can sue me.  I will accept the waiver of service by fax to 571-222-1000 so you do NOT have to incur the expense of service.

My message to FDRS (prospective) clients and employees:

If you don’t have time to actively pursue FDRS, but you can spare a few dollars, please DONATE at http://creditsuit.org/ and let me know that your primary interest is FDRS.   My day has only 24 hours and the interests of my supporters obviously get priority.

And of course please LINK to this site at credit and debt related forums or from your own site.

Thanks!
