Cal. AG update – my talk with Gayle Weller

1) The Cal. AG has been receiving complaints and FDRS issued refunds, but did NOT pay the debts.

I just read at another ”free money” site:
“… Mark Cella’s accounts have been frozen I heard. 50 million dollars worth of client’s hard cash …”
I can’t imagine that he’d have $50 mill. But you have a good chance of getting your money back if you sue FDRS, Mark Cella AND the people who got you into that scam, [...]

PLEASE send your complaints to the California Attorney General – they are actively investigating

A reader faxed me a letter from the California Attorney General’s Office, advising that they are investigating FDRS.
Accordingly, please mail your contract, faxes, correspondence, recorded calls, correspondence received from your CREDITORS after you signed up with FDRS and a brief factual summary to:
