I also went to the Better Business Bureau’s website to look up FDRS. They have an “F” rating with at least 20 complaints. I don’t know about anyone else but I will not stand by and be a victim, I told the AG’s office I will help any way I can.

I have spoken to Gayle at the CA Attorney General’s office and I am sending her copies of the contract, statements from creditors after joining FDRS, and a factual summary and timeline of my experience with FDRS. Please feel free to do the same, I encourage you to do the same. I have also contacted my creditors and all have stated they have heard/received nothing from FDRS.

It’s true. They are practicing the very crimes that they say they are fighting against. They use the conspiracy theories to confuse the facts, just as they say “the media” does. Mark A. Cella tries to control people just the way he says that the government does. He says “we are in a police state” and hates authority, yet he treated his employees with the same disrespect he claims to hate.
He has said “I have all of ‘this’ because there are so many followers”. Yes, he looked around his dumpy office and swept his arm in front of himself as if it was really something, and thinks he is a true leader, a hero for the people.
We all need to keep working closely with the Dept of Justice and make sure that he and his loser management team- Dan Lyle Grossnickel, Elizabeth Salazar, Veronica Rangel, Joel, etc. are put away for their disgraceful scam.
When I think of the good people that put their trust in Mark Cella and FDRS and have had their lives ruined, I want to cry.
Mark Cella, Dan, Liz, I WILL see you losers in court. I am working closely with the Dept of Justice.
Mark Cella and his fraudulent band of idiots are going down!
Please post their new address as soon as you have it, ANYONE. I know a few people that would like to pay the office a visit.

Yes, he threatens his ex-employees. He wants them to keep quiet about his scam. He also doesn’t want to pay them. He figures that if he threatens them that they will go away.

Sadly for that low-life ALL of his ex-employees are coming together and working with the Dept of Justice to put him away.

Yes, it is true that Mark A. Cella has a group of low-lifes that threaten ex-employees for him. He is only 5′4″ and not very threatening in stature. But he has such strange control issues that he DOES have a group of gangbangers that DO all of the threatening for him.

Tiny, Short, little guys like Mark Cella who have ED(lifeless penises) often have control issues.

You know, Mark Cella and his fraudulent company fdrs.org are under investigation by the Dept of Justice. Finally he is going to get what he deserves.

You know, not one single client has made it through “his” program successfully. NOT ONE! Some of the faithful, hopeful clients have stuck it out for 24 months and STILL have not seen any success.

Mark Cella is a low-life, small-minded man that has absolutely no integrity or conscience. He is only concerned with winning and getting the numbers in. Getting the money from the clients. However, he and his losers in the back office NEVER follow through, NEVER help the clients. They (FDRS) are a band of crooks. Mark Cella, Elizabeth Salazar, Dan Lyle, all of them are crooks, but Mark Cella is their leader.

Don’t do business with them/him. He is setting up a new company to start the scam all over again now that his name as been smeared online.

I hope you filed your complaints with the Cal AG and that goes ESPECIALLY for “Who Knows”

I wonder how the lawsuit went. Oh, garnished YOUR bank account? Why didn’t they garnish the FDRS bank account?

Please don’t tell me that you did NOT name them in the lawsuit!

I have been with FDRS for over 2 years now. I have been sued, garnished (bank accounts and wages) with no help from FDRS. I have paid them a total of 18,000 dollars and I get nothing from them but encouraging words.

I joined FDRS a year ago January. I am going to get out of this before it is too late. I talk with my FDRS Veronica and she is so sweet and encouraging.I will stop payment ASAP before they get another dime! Thanks for the information. I hope it is not too late!

We enrolled in FDRS in February and have not had any changes. We continue to receive bills from creditors. We just received a call from a, apparently, ex-employee telling us this is a fraudulent company. Now we do not know what the future holds for us or our family. Merry Christmas.
