I’ve been getting more email about FDRS than ANY of my other projects including my business, CreditFactors.

I have well over 100 hours into researching and dealing with FDRS, although they don’t owe me anything.

The concept sounded good to me.  Not only do I have a professional interest, but I have significant credit card debt incurred to build my house and now I can’t refi because nobody is lending.  Oh well, my house isn’t a mansion, so there’s nothing creditors can take from me and I definitely qualify for bankruptcy.

So I just want to get the word out and let people know what a fraud FDRS is.

I would like to see FDRS investigated by the Cal. AG and I’ve read the complaint of one person, but it was not very convincing.  It actually sounded more like FDRS was legit.

The victims should definitely sue, but having filed a number of suits myself, I know how difficult it is when you don’t know anything about the law and courts.  And obviously most FDRS victims don’t have the money to hire a good lawyer or they wouldn’t have signed up with FDRS.

Unfortunately, that’s just how things are in America.  If I could create money out of thin air like the banks, I’d contact every advertiser by certified mail, write an open letter to the Cal. AG, publish the responses, help individuals write their complaints and provide legal resources.

But, I can’t create money like the banks and I haven’t had a day off in months.

The average FDRS client paid them $200 - $500 a month.  So I really don’t see why I should actually provide services and work on your behalf for NOTHING.

Most FDRS emails are requests for (of course free) help or simply complaints.   Nothing’s going to change with complaints to me.

I appreciate the notes from people who thank me for my efforts as they decide NOT to sign up with FDRS after reading my publications.  And that’s of course the purpose of my publications, some people research BEFORE they sign the contract.

I’m still waiting for the first person to send their complaint to a regulator, AG or filed with a court for publication.

How about contacting advertisers demanding that they pull the FDRS as I did?

FYI: a PUBLISHED notice is obviously MUCH more effective than an unpublished notice that nobody knows about. If sent with delivery confirmation, they will most likely be held liable for the victims’ damages and they probably would pull the advertising.

So if you read my FDRS sites and you’re still unsure about what to do or you’re afraid to publicly state your name to expose their fraud,  donate a few dollars and I’ll put in some more time and money.

And of course you should subscribe to CreditFactors if you need help dealing with collection calls, debt buyers, lawsuits, etc.

So please take action yourself or send a few dollars if you want me to work on putting FDRS out of business.
