Donate and DOUBLE your money back if I prevail in the doctor Hollander defamation suit

If I get a settlement or judgment in the doctor Tameira Hollander case, donors will get TWICE their donation back.

Please see http://fdrs-debt-elimination-scam.info/fdrs-fraud-blog/donate-time-and-action-or-cash/ for a listing of donations.

If the Hollander check isn’t large enough to pay everybody, you’ll get a prorated refund.

If I get nothing, you’re screwed and I’m REALLY screwed.

I’ve been EXTREMELY busy with my answer and counterclaims (posted at CreditCourt - go to p. 5 for my counterclaims) in the doctor Hollander defamation case.  You may recall that they had my main website http://creditsuit.org SHUT DOWN by court order.

On 2/10/09, the judge denied the Hollander CONTEMPT motion and ruled that I was never subject to a restraining order.  While I don’t understand why I wasn’t subject to the restraining order, I’m obviously not going to complain about his ruling.

The details are at http://doctor-tameira-hollander-litigation.info/

Doctor Hollander’s attorney Irving Johnson stated in the CONTEMPT motion in paragraph 13:

Other victims of Ms. Baker’s deliberate harassment have been in contact with Plaintiff.

Guess who these unidentified ”victims” are!

Two weeks ago my notebook motherboard died and I’m working on an old Dell that’s barely usable.

I just ordered new telephone recording equipment so I can RECORD calls such as the calls to FDRS ”Dan Lyle” and PROVE that my FDRS fraud claims are substantiated if they should sue me too.

After earning only $250 in the two months that CreditSuit.org was shut down, I have BILLS to pay.

I haven’t had any money for legal research and the best offer from an attorney to represent me in the Hollander case was $7,500.

I’ve been harassed and abused by “Mathew Hilton” and Hollander’s attorneys.

I don’t like my house anymore and I decided to get a gun to protect myself.  i still have nightmares and I think I almost had a heart attack a couple weeks ago.

Is my ability to publish the TRUTH and to warn others about fraudsters like FDRS, Debt Crisis Solutions and many others worth dying for?

Of course I wonder whether I shouldn’t just delete just about everything I’ve ever published, sign up for affiliate programs to incompetent morons like Lexington Law credit repair and scams like FDRS and make a TON of money.

You bet I’d rather be rich.

I just haven’t been able to ignore my conscience.

But if I don’t prevail against Dr. Hollander, I might as well just take this site down.  And of course I can delete every page at my CreditSuit.org posts on FDRS and probably about 80% of all my posts — I specialize in exposing fraud, scams and systemic credit reporting and FICO scoring problems.

Every credit bureau and collector can simply demand that I remove my “defamatory” statements.

Defamatory = FALSE statements of fact

If you read my CreditSuit.org posts on FDRS, you know that I’ve taken EXTREME measures to ensure that FDRS had the opportunity to explain why it’s not a fraud.  While my statements and publications are certainly BAD for their business and INTENDED to be bad for their business, everything I publish is true.

Dan Lyle THREATENED to SUE me for defamation, just like Hollander.

Apparently FDRS and Mark Cella couldn’t find an attorney like doctor Hollander’s attorney Irving Johnson who didn’t hesitate to engage in subornation of perjury to make a few bucks.

To date, Hollander and her attorneys have not identified a single allegedly defamatory statement prior to filing suit – despite my repeated requests.  In their contempt motion, they claim that my publications about the suit are defamatory, but never once did they provide a single exhibit or quote of anything I published prior to their suit.

The extraordinary VILE Hollander attorney Irving Johnson wanted me to remove Hollander’s NAME from my sites.

Is it worth fighting for our right to free speech and to publish the TRUTH?

You tell me …

As soon the recording equipment arrives, I’ll make some calls on FDRS and the status of the AG investigation.

I’d really like to see some people put up a FIGHT when creditors sue them and NAME in the lawsuit 3rd party defendants and counterclaim defendants such as Mark Cella, FDRS, the California AG, Genesis Communications if that’s where they heard the ads, etc.

Debt Crisis Solutions STILL advertised on Alex Jones show and what happened to fdrs.org?

I posted one of the Debt Crisis Solutions radio commercials on the Alex Jones show:

http://www.trado.info/content/debt-crisis-solutions-another-ted-anderson-gcn-alex-jones-promoted-fraud

It’s the EXACT same scam as FDRS.  Ted Anderson is such a scumbag and Alex Jones is right there with him.

And what happened to FDRS.org?

It has been reduced to affiliate and member logins.  I don’t understand why the site is still live, is the AG ever going to shut them down?

FDRS new address in Burbank, AG froze accounts?

I just read at another ”free money” site:

“… Mark Cella’s accounts have been frozen I heard.  50 million dollars worth of client’s hard cash …”

I can’t imagine that he’d have $50 mill.  But you have a good chance of getting your money back if you sue FDRS, Mark Cella AND the people who got you into that scam, especially if you heard the FDRS commercials on a GCN station or acted on their web ad.

And I also noticed the NEW address at 2600 Olive Ave, Burbank, CA — a reader posted it here yesterday and I don’t understand why the AG allows them to continue to defraud business.

I just posted at that other site:

See http://fdrs-debt-elimination-scam.info/

FDRS is a 200% scam.  I’m very glad to see that apparently the Cal. AG is FINALLY taking action.

BTW, ALL these debt elimination companies are scams, including the ones you hear advertised on the Alex Jones show and many other radio shows and websites PRETENDING to be for the people and against the corporations and bankers.  They’re ALL part of the scam and know EXACTLY that the readers/listeners will be defrauded.

I’ve DOCUMENTED their corruption at my sites and thugs like Ted Anderson (Alex Jones buddy, gold hawker and CEO GCN Network) don’t even bother to deny it.

Got Anderson to stop advertising FDRS after several notices of liability and he immediately started advertising some other identical scam.

So, if you’d like your money back, sue FDRS AND Ted Anderson, the GCN network AND the radio show where you heard the commercials.  There might not be a lot of cash at FDRS, but Anderson and GCN should have some assets.

Christine Baker

These debt eliminiation scams can only rip so many people off because they can ADVERTISE their scam.

Alex Jones – the banking scam and FDRS

Jason submitted this comment and I consider it important enough to repost it in a new entry:
I have just had to admit to myself that FDRS must be a scam of some kind. It’s either an outright, boldfaced scam designed from the start to fool desperate, drowning people OR it was originally a sound concept that failed to live up to its promises when it met too many obstacles to run successfully and then, under pressure, sank to the level of lying and deception to try staying afloat. I haven’t figured out which is true yet, but either way they’re bad news.
I started FDRS in the summer of ’07 to deal with roughly 30K of credit card debt on four different credit cards. I faxed all correspondence to them in a timely fashion. I was eventually sued by Discover over a 12K balance. FDRS’s lawyer network, known as CCDN, gave me the paperwork to file in the lawsuit, but they failed to provide the response to their request for discovery and the deadline passed. When I faxed the motion for judgment paperwork to them, they claimed the judgment was premature and THEN they finally sent me the response to the request for discovery that I was supposed to have filed before but it must have been too late. I sensed incompetence then but didn’t lose faith yet. Of course, I lost!  Eventually, the court allowed Discover to clean out my checking and savings accounts for all I had, roughly 7.5K (of the 12K sued for). There has since been another court document looking for the rest. Then an interesting thing happened. My automatic monthly payment to FDRS didn’t post one month. When I called FDRS I was told they stopped taking any more payments from me because I was sued and wouldn’t take my final two payments until their lawyers got me my 7.5K back.
I am a firm believer of truth and the search for it. Thanks mostly to Alex Jones, I know about the conspiracies in the government, the banking industries, etc. and I believe they’re all facts documented in one way or another. So the FDRS concept along with their attempts to teach the truth about a lot of things through their wonderfully informative website, their recent weekly emails teaching the truth about the Federal Reserve, and even the free DVDs they mail out to their clients every month or so has me very confused on what’s really going on here!
If FDRS is just one of those premeditated ‘prey on the gullible’ and ‘kick ‘em while they’re down’ type scams, then why do they bother mailing out DVDs, emailing out teaching, etc.? Wouldn’t these expenses be anti-productive to their scam? Do you see why I wonder if maybe the truth about FDRS is somewhere in between a total, blatant scam and a legitimate service based on truth?
Is the concept of contesting the legality of the credit card ‘loans’ a legitimate thing and FDRS is just not following through? Or is the whole legality issue a scam to begin with? I’m no lawyer, but I still see truth behind the concept. It just seems that FDRS has failed to deliver on their promises.
I’m interested in conversation and debate about all of this, but keep in mind that mere unsubstantiated opinions will be taken with a grain of salt.
Jason, you’re an INTELLIGENT person, as evidenced by your comprehensive post with spelling and grammar in the top 1%.  I get MANY mails and comments and rarely one as well written as yours.
So I’m just totally floored that you would ask this question:
If FDRS is just one of those premeditated ‘prey on the gullible’ and ‘kick ‘em while they’re down’ type scams, then why do they bother mailing out DVDs, emailing out teaching, etc.?
Don’t you realize that they send this crap because that’s why so many people (like you) continue to send them their money?
Alex Jones would talk to you about fluoride, breast feeding and drinking Kool-aid.   Can’t you do simple math?  The cost of the mailing is about $2?   I don’t know what the average payment is, but I’m guessing they’ll get about $400 in return.
MOST people figure out that it’s a scam after after a few payments.
That’s why the FIRST TWO payments are so LARGE. DUH!
And a few things about Alex Jones:
  • He has guts.

He has a family to worry about, but of course he has plenty of money for security, guns and a nice house.  He got that money from suckers like you.

  • He is as corrupt as anyone.

Just like the NWO, he instills FEAR and demands MONEY to SAVE you.   Don’t you see that new carbon taxes will save the planet just like your support of Alex Jones? :)   There is NO difference!

Just about everything Alex accuses the government and the NWO of doing he does himself!  The constant deception, fear mongering, the truth mixed with half truths and outright LIES to deceive people like you.

I could spend at least 20/hrs a week documenting and exposing his lies.  FRDS was one, I finally got his buddy and gold scammer Ted Anderson from GCN to stop advertising FDRS and they IMMEDIATELY went to advertising the next scam!

FDRS, Debt Crisis Solutions, Integrity Debt Relief Group, ….  they’re ALL scams!  Endorsed by Alex Jones and Ted Anderson so that THEY can make a KILLING!

Since I’m not corrupt like Alex Jones and Ted Anderson, I can’t afford to continually document that their advertisements are scams.  That’s especially so since NOBODY has donated as much as 1 cent.  All I get out of this is UNPAID WORK.

So I’ve moved on to expose some other Alex Jones scams, such as the BS solar backup generator.  FDRS only rips people off.  This “generator” can kill people.  I’m glad to be able to show readers how to get a FUNCTIONING off grid system at a much lower cost.  Alex’s PERSONAL endorsement of that fraud is 200% proof of his corruption.

Final thought on Alex Jones:

Considering that he COULD do his show and websites from ANYWHERE, why is he not at all worried about the safety of his wife and kids and why is he staying in VERY expense Austin?

Could it be that Alex Jones knows that he has nothing to worry about because he is NOT a threat to the NWO, the government, the bankers and big corporations and that he is in fact helping to dumb people down, to buy “generators” that will never do what he promises, to buy overpriced efoods direct food and to pay for financial services that destroy his listeners’ lives?

I’m interested in conversation and debate about all of this, but keep in mind that mere unsubstantiated opinions will be taken with a grain of salt.

Well, Jason, I’m not interested in conversation and opinion, I’ve wasted enough time on FDRS.  How about some FACTS?
If you post your Discover suit filings we can discuss the legal issues and what went down in court.
And what’s really going on?
  • Why didn’t you name FDRS in the Discover lawsuit?
  • Why didn’t you report CCDN to the Bar Association in your state?
  • Why didn’t you sue them?
  • Did you file your complaint with the Cal. AG?
  • How did you get to be so rich that having your bank account cleaned out by Discover doesn’t bother you enough to DO something about it?
It blows my mind to see FDRS and CCDN get away with this scam and nobody is doing anything about it.
If I had just ONE wish, I think I’d want everybody to have a BS detector.
THAT would change the world!

FDRS complains because I don’t approve their advertisements and FAKE testimonials at my sites

The people at FDRS must have some serious brain damage.

Why would I actively support these criminals and allow their advertisements at my sites?

According to a recent reader comment:

FDRS is on the run from the Department of Justice! They snuck out of their Hollywood office a few weeks ago to a super small hole in the wall reportedly in Burbank. …

Word on the street is that Mark Cella is very worried about the California Justice Department investigation.

Why aren’t they in JAIL?????

I recently posted how the California regulators’ corruption greatly contributed to the economic meltdown:

NY Times WaMu article – FAILS to address the role of the regulators, CRAs and FICO scores

It’s really time that the PEOPLE get a CLUE and start taking action.

Here’s today’s FDRS email:

Reader phone call: wants to help expose Mark Cella

I just got a voice mail from a former employee who wants to help expose Mark Cella.

I’m really sorry, but I’m not with the FBI, I’m not an attorney general or any regulator and I have NO power whatsoever.

I can only post at my sites.  I’m a regular person just like you.

PLEASE send your complaints to the California Attorney General – they are actively investigating

I just added the tel and fax numbers.

3,587 page views since 7/23/08

Someone asked how many people visit this site, so I had a look at the stats.  Every log analyzer comes up with different numbers, some exclude bots, some don’t.  So I used the Google figure of 3,587 page views since 7/23/08, when I started this site.  Google reports the lowest numbers and does not include bots.

Usually about 20 to 40 people access the site every day, a lot more when I post a link at my main blog http://creditsuit.org/

Obviously, more people would visit if you’d link to the site from your web pages, not only because more people find the site, but because the search engine ranking improves according to the number of sites linking.

Most readers have the site bookmarked or type the URL, apparently looking for updates.

Of course Google brings most new visitors and here are top 20 November search terms:

1 22 14.77% fdrs scam
2 15 10.07% ted anderson gold
3 9 6.04% abc debt relief scam
4 9 6.04% mark cella
5 7 4.70% real talk network debt eliminator good or bad
6 6 4.03% federal debt relief scam
7 6 4.03% federal debt relief system review
8 4 2.68% mark cella scam
9 3 2.01% complaints about federal debt relief system
10 3 2.01% debt money scam people ignorant
11 3 2.01% fdrs
12 3 2.01% fdrs/ federal debt releif systems
13 3 2.01% federal debt releif scam
14 3 2.01% federal debt relief member site.org
15 3 2.01% federal debt relief system
16 3 2.01% federal debt relief system scam
17 3 2.01% federaldebtreliefsystem
18 3 2.01% genesis communications network
19 3 2.01% has anyone ever used national debt relief
20 3 2.01% i.c. systems dispute

Now you know why Ted Anderson / Genesis finally removed the FDRS ads.  It’s not good for business to advertise criminals like Mark Cella.  I just checked the site again, FDRS was ELIMINATED.

This German site brought 16 visits in November:

https://hsi-kbw-078-043-059-153.hsi4.kabel-badenwuerttemberg.de/

Don’t ask me why.

PLEASE send your complaints to the California Attorney General – they are actively investigating

A reader faxed me a letter from the California Attorney General’s Office, advising that they are investigating FDRS.

Accordingly, please mail your contract, faxes, correspondence, recorded calls, correspondence received from your CREDITORS after you signed up with FDRS and a brief factual summary to:

Gayle S. Weller
Department of Justice
11th Floor, Room 1168
110 West A Street, Suite 1100
San Diego, CA 92101

Tel: 619-645-2088
Fax: 619-645-2062

It’s very important that you document that NONE of the money you pay to FDRS goes to your creditors.  I expect that to be the most important issue for the AG.

Also, you might want to include a copy of your CREDIT REPORT to document how they DESTROY your credit.

If MANY people submit solid complaints, the Department of Justice might just seize the FDRS assets and you have a much better chance of getting your money back and restitution than if you just wait to see what happens.

Don’t give FDRS time to hide assets.

GCN stopped advertising FDRS?

I’ve checked their website at http://gcnlive.com/ several times since last week and didn’t see the FDRS ad.  Alex Jones’ Sunday radio show was a rerun last Sunday, I’ll try to remember to listen next Sunday.

But I’m hopeful that my posts at youTube and infowars.com finally did the trick and got Alex Jones involved.

Nobody contacted me.

It really would be good if the “victims” finally got off their lazy asses and did something too!

And PLEASE don’t write to me begging for help.

I will NOT work for you free of charge.

See that DONATION button?  Nobody donated.  I don’t like how Mark Cella makes a living.  That doesn’t mean that I’m your slave.  For more information and to get just a tiny clue, please read http://welcometomysuicide.org/2008/general/welcome/

If you’ve taken action or you have FDRS news, please submit a comment here.

Supposedly the California AG is investigating, apparently they got several complaints.  I hope to soon get some contact info at the AG office or specific instructions on how to submit complains.

Please subscribe to new posts by RSS or email.

My youTube post on Alex Jones / Ted Anderson SCAM

Alex Jones: “I like $29.95″

There’s some truth. Aside from being a MORON, Alex is one corrupt bastard. In that same show he praises SCUMBAG Ted Anderson (the gold hawker who also runs Genesis).

It so happens, that Ted Anderson KNOWINGLY advertises the FDRS (Federal Debt Relief) FRAUD.

Search for “Ted Anderson FDRS” and my research is the first google link.

Nobody is suing me to remove the postings, because this is true.

It’s all about money. Buy FOOD! Buy GOLD!

NO solutions.

Obviously, I have NOT received a response from Ted Anderson or GCN and they continue to advertise FDRS.
I keep getting so many email requests for help.
Get off your lazy ass and help yourself!
Why did I spend so much time to put all that info up?   I haven’t received a single donation.  If you’re lazy, PAY me to help you.  I’m not your slave.
I didn’t create this site to help you.  I spent a LOT of time and money to publish the information so that people can put the FDRS scum out of business.
You “FDRS victims” are one sorry bunch of losers.
Maybe Darwin is right.  Let the idiots self destruct and hopefully they’re not breeding.
