My demand to GCN president Ted Anderson to remove FDRS ads

There is nothing more aggravating than listening to scammers like Ted Anderson, president Genesis Communications Network, hawking gold on the Alex Jones show and pandering to the people who are getting screwed by just about everybody.   Is there really nobody sincere?

I just heard Mr. Anderson’s gold pitch on the Alex Jones show and I am APPALLED.

Ted Anderson is now at the TOP of my list of vile and corrupt Americans.

I can’t blame the bank executives for doing their job: to make as much money as possible regardless of who gets hurt.

However, Ted Anderson is WORSE than all of them together. He preys on the most vulnerable and desperate, PRETENDING to be on their side. GCN is based on lies and deceit.

Mr. Anderson, please IMMEDIATELY order all advertisements for FDRS removed. 

Aren’t you worried about a class action by FDRS victims against GCN and maybe even ABC after FDRS is bankrupt?

They’ll probably ignore me again.  It would have been much better to send the demand for removal with signature confirmation to the GCN registered agent.  THAT would go a long way towards being able to hold GCN liable for the FDRS fraud.

My husband still doesn’t believe me that FDRS is a scam and they are currently bleeding us dry. I have emailed him your website but is there anything else you have that may help me convince him before it’s too late?

Please help, he won’t stop giving them money.

I’ve gotten quite a few of these types of emails. 

Until the 21st century, you couldn’t blame people for being ignorant.  But by now, just about everybody has internet access to the TRUTH about the corruption of the entire American economic, financial and political system. 

Bush still got elected twice and in an incredible display of stupidity, most Americans now argue over whether to vote for McCain or Obama.

They’re BOTH total scum!  Bought and paid for by the bankers, military industrial complex, oil, pharmaceuticals, …

Considering the significance of the latest $700 billion bailout, the military deployed in America to fight Americans and the sky about to fall, I can’t imagine why anyone would waste what little money they have on scammers like FDRS.

It’s tough when you’re married to an idiot.   I have a slightly retarded neighbor and I try to help him occasionally, but it’s difficult and there’s only so much I can do.

The major cause of divorce is financial problems.

And the Americans’ financial problems are just beginning.

So what can I say?

I was in the midst of a high-pressure sale with FDRS rep Russell, who’s “word is his bond”, while googling FDRS to find third party validation. I found your site, got off the phone with Russell and started reading.
From the quote above I take it you are saying the the FDRS concept is sound, just that the company is crooked. Can you direct me to resources for doing what FDRS offers on my own? Sample letters, procedures, filings, etc.

There is no evidence that FDRS does ANYTHING aside from sending the FCBA dispute to the creditors.
At CreditFactors is the ruling against Target because it failed to investigate, but I don’t have the outcome of the case, they may have settled.  I haven’t had any subscribers dealing with this, so I haven’t focused on it.  I’m a very busy person and I focus on my own and subscriber issues.
I hope you are aware that there will be judges who will rule that the dispute is frivolous or irrelevant or whatever.  But if you’re not paying your bills, you got nothing to lose but hope that when they sue you, your defense will work.

As much as I appreciate the GCN support of uncensored news and talk, I can not condone financing this very valuable service by defrauding people who are already facing serious financial problems.

FDRS commercials on the Genesis Communications Network and Alex Jones

Several readers wrote that they’ve been hearing the FDRS commercials on the Alex Jones radio show. FDRS is a major advertiser at the Genesis Communications Network carrying Alex Jones and many other radio programs on the internet at http://www.gcnlive.com/.

I don’t know whether Alex gets any of the FDRS ad revenues, but the FDRS commercials definitely reflect negatively on him and all the other hosts.

I’ve posted about the FDRS scam at Alex’s site at http://social.infowars.com/blog_entry.php?user=Christine&blogentry_id=6371 and it’s definitely not cool to finance the fight against the NWO by defrauding the people who already have financial problems.

I realize that bandwidth isn’t free, but is it really necessary to advertise companies defrauding the listeners?

Maybe somebody could find out what GCN has to say about this.

Is Mark Cella really threatening ex employees with a gun?

I’ve had at least two UNCONFIRMED reports of Mark Cella or his goons threatening former employees at gun point.

I’m sure glad I don’t live anywhere near him. During similar investigations and my lawsuits against Southern California scammers I’ve been threatened several times and I know of a process server who got beaten up.

I don’t want to scare people into not pursuing Mark Cella and FDRS, but be careful. In Arizona, most people are armed and I think you can shoot to kill in self defense. I hope I never have to shoot at any person, but I also know from experience that law enforcement (such as FBI, sheriff, police) don’t do anything until you are a victim.

Be careful!

Also, there SHOULD be a mug shot of Mark Cella if it is true that he was arrested as one reader reported. I don’t have time try to find it, please let me know if you have any info on that.

Mark Cella is NOT hard to find. He’s usually up in that crappy old FDRS office on Hollywood Blvd. Hours are 10a-7p. He lives in an apartment right behind the office & he used to rent a house up in the Hollywood Hills before the neighbors, the landlord & the cops got tired of his ass. He wouldn’t be hard to serve because there is only one way in & out of that place. Step off the elevator & your in the office. He put up bullet proof glass but everyone has to come thru it. They’re on the 4th floor & you’d have to go to the roof to even use a fire escape. All anyone would have to do is wait him out. …

Can someone confirm this and provide the current apartment address?

FDRS EXPOSED!!!

It took me a while, but I finally installed WordPress and set up this new site to get serious about putting FDRS out of business. 

Federal Debt Relief System is a giant scam and I spent a ton of time documenting their fraud at FDRS investigation at CreditSuit.org and my legal research is at FDRS legal info.

On my long list of things to do is sending an Open Letter to California AG Jerry Brown, demanding investigation of FDRS. They should immediately seize all assets and shut FDRS down.

A reader sent me the AG letter declining to investigate and that’s just so typical.

I’ve had ENOUGH of the government PROTECTING criminals.
